Returns and refunds

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, write to cs@artetica.it with your order number. We will reply with the return instructions. Items sent back without prior agreement cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and check the item, we issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may need a few additional days to process it.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to cs@artetica.it within 48 hours with photos of the item, the outer box, the shipping label and the inner packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and cover any return shipping.

Exceptions

Gift cards cannot be returned. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
