Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@artetica.it so we can evaluate the issue and assist you.

To open a transport-damage claim, we require all of the following photos:

  1. The damaged item (multiple angles)

  2. The outer shipping box (all sides visible)

  3. A close-up of the shipping label

  4. Any visible damage to the packaging

  5. The internal protective packaging (exact condition as received)

Claims submitted without all required photos cannot be accepted, as we are unable to open a report with the shipping carrier without full documentation.

Please keep all original packaging and contents until the claim is fully closed.
After reviewing your case, we will arrange a replacement or a refund depending on product availability.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the product you have.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, as required by EU law.

As above, the item must be unused, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
